Compré un Golf GTD hace ya tres meses, el coche estaba tal y como se describía en el anuncio, una cosa importante ya que yo me trasladé desde Torrevieja (Alicante) hasta Pamplona, el trato de Javier desde el primer momento fue resolutivo y correcto, me recogió en la estación de tren, probamos el coche, revise hasta el último detalle sin ningún tipo de problema o impedimento. Al llegar a Torrevieja, después del viaje tuve un problema con una rueda, a lo que llame a Javier por la garantía del coche, imaginando que sería un concesionario como tantos que hay que se lavarían las manos, a mi sorpresa no tardo ni 5 minutos en intentar ayudar y sobretodo solucionar, al final fue una tontería que no tenía mayor importancia, pero saber que estaban ahí para hacerse responsables de cualquier cosa que pasará es de agradecer. Venia de una mala experiencia en la compra de un Cupra, y gracias a ellos vuelvo a confiar en la gente que le gusta disfrutar de los coches y que se dedican a ello con pasión. Os deseo lo mejor, quizás en un futuro nos volvamos a ver. Daros las gracias tanto a Javier que fue con quien tuve el placer de tratar como Alfredo que conocí allí. Totalmente recomendables.

Upon arriving in Torrevieja, after the trip I had a problem with a wheel, so I called Javier about the car warranty, imagining that it would be a dealer like so many that would wash their hands of it, to my surprise it didn't take even 5 minutes to try to help and above all solve it, in the end it was a stupid thing that didn't have much importance, but knowing that they were there to take responsibility for anything that will happen is appreciated. I came from a bad experience buying a Cupra, and thanks to them I trust again in people who like to enjoy cars and who dedicate themselves to it with passion. Fui hace un par de meses desde Bilbao hasta Pamplona a por una Captiva, el trato en el concesionario muy correcto y agradable. Al mes de haber comprado el coche nos dimos cuenta de que tiraba un poco de humo, se lo comenté a Javier y sin poner ninguna pega en ningún momento, me dijo que lo llevara al taller que yo quisiera, lo lleve al concesionario oficial, detectaron el problema (manguito roto) lo repararon y sin ningún coste para mí, cumpliendo así con la garantía del coche. Repito! En ningún momento A-15 motor puso algún tipo de problema o traba a la hora de solucionar el problema, demostrando mucha profesionalidad y dando mucha confianza. Concesionario 100% recomendable.

Hemos comprado recientemente un Volkswagen Tiguan en A 15 Motor, estamos muy contentos con el. Sobre todo agradecemos a Javier su buen hacer y profesionalidad a la hora de resolver todas nuestras dudas. No siempre se encuentra gente así, nos llevamos varias sorpresas en otras tiendas.
