A-15 Motor concesionario «Premium» multimarca

Although I am from another province, I bought a car from A15 motor and they treated me wonderfully. Reliable people whose information is true, so much so that they facilitated the documentation of the vehicle and its transfer to my home. The car is impeccable and runs great. With a very good value for money. Experience to repeat.

Fui hace un par de meses desde Bilbao hasta Pamplona a por una Captiva, el trato en el concesionario muy correcto y agradable. Al mes de haber comprado el coche nos dimos cuenta de que tiraba un poco de humo, se lo comenté a Javier y sin poner ninguna pega en ningún momento, me dijo que lo llevara al taller que yo quisiera, lo lleve al concesionario oficial, detectaron el problema (manguito roto) lo repararon y sin ningún coste para mí, cumpliendo así con la garantía del coche. Repito! En ningún momento A-15 motor puso algún tipo de problema o traba a la hora de solucionar el problema, demostrando mucha profesionalidad y dando mucha confianza. Concesionario 100% recomendable.

This is the second review that I write. I have never done it but I think that in this case it deserves it. I bought an A4 a year ago. A beautiful car. During the year, problems arose that Javier and his colleagues were able to solve. This last month, we have had a clutch problem with which I have been very frustrated but A15 has also solved it, which has put me at ease. Problems can always appear and they have been able to respond. Which is not seen most of the time. I certainly have nothing negative to say. Thank you.

The guy who attended me was very attentive and professional, I went the first day and I didn't find what I was looking for but a few days later he called me and I was delighted with my new car. Great variety of cars and very good price. In the future I will return without hesitation.
