julio 29, 2021I bought a Golf GTD three months ago, the car was as described in the advertisement, an important thing since I moved from Torrevieja (Alicante) to Pamplona, Javier's treatment from the first moment was decisive and correct, He picked me up at the train station, we tested the car, I checked every last detail without any type of problem or impediment. Upon arriving in Torrevieja, after the trip I had a problem with a wheel, so I called Javier about the car warranty, imagining that it would be a dealership like so many that would wash their hands, to my surprise it didn't even take 5 minutes in trying to help and above all solve, in the end it was nonsense that had no major importance, but knowing that they were there to take responsibility for anything that will happen is appreciated. I came from a bad experience buying a Cupra, and thanks to them I trust again in people who like to enjoy cars and who dedicate themselves to it with passion. I wish you the best, perhaps in the future we will see each other again. Thank you so much to Javier who was the one I had the pleasure of dealing with like Alfredo that I met there. compre un A5 del año 2014 con 50.000 kms y se portaron con nosotros genial, tuve un problema con la rueda de repuesto(pues venia con un kit de reparacion) y se hicieron cargo de la factura y además están siempre dispuestos a ayudarte me encanta esta empresa y la recomiendo a todos, al menos bajo mi experiencia.

I bought a car online, without seeing it, and from the beginning everything was easy, they quickly attended to my needs and were clear and direct. I went to pick up the car from Salamanca, facilitating the pick-up at the train station and when I arrived at the dealership there were no surprises, everything was as agreed. A year later I write this review because they deserve it, professionals like them no longer exist and it is a shame because it is what society should demand...seriousness, speed and efficiency because today and without having any connection with them...they have sought a solution to a problem foreign to them and to the car in a quick and always face-to-face manner. Congratulations on a job well done, the result is what you can see not only with my opinion, but with the 450 experiences out of 10 that other satisfied customers comment on.
